Delete your Spark Phonics account

You can permanently delete your Spark Phonics account and all data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete it yourself, inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Spark Phonics and sign in.
2. Tap the ⭐ star in the top-right to open My Rewards.
3. Scroll down and tap “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm on the next screen. Your account is deleted immediately.

Or request deletion from us

If you can’t open the app, message us with the phone number on the account and we’ll delete it for you within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account record: name, phone number, and email (if given).
• Any access/unlock granted to the account.
• Any diagnostic crash reports linked to your phone number.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Learning progress and stars are stored only on your own device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Data we keep

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Anonymous, non-identifying diagnostic counts that cannot be linked back to you may remain.
